Join the Awesome Moving team in Overland Park, KS.

You will assist in every stage of the moving process by performing the following essential duties:

  • Load and unload vehicles by hand or by use of hand truck or dolly
  • Wrap furniture with blankets to prevent damage
  • Wrap dishes and fragile items in packing paper and pack them into containers
  • Pad, stack, and secure items in position on truck to prevent damage during shipment
  • Deliver and stack shipment on customers’ premises
  • Assist in cleaning truck, tools, and equipment
  • Collect or pick up empty containers, packing materials
  • Know, use, and follow all safety regulations
  • Use knowledge of furniture and equipment handling industry-accepted procedures
  • Wear a uniform
  • Other applicable duties as assigned
